Appeal of Orascom Telecom (OT) is finally ruled out by Egyptian regulator which means that subsidiary of France Telecom is now allowed to buy the Egypt’s largest mobile operator. Regulator approved the offer of participation of Orange to buy OT’s share at a price of 245 Egyptian Pound per share.
No comment on the ruling is found from Orascom Telecom.
